Perhaps, there ought to be a se...Well said Pastor.<br /><br />Perhaps, there ought to be a sermon specifically on the evil stock market.<br /><br />Something along the lines of "Where Neither Moth Nor Rust Doth Corrupt".<br /><br />The stock market affects very many of us including Christians through things like pensions and employee stock plans. Yet it is most certainly pagan in its practices.<br /><br />Christians should not invest (whether personally or through their 401k) in stock of companies in industries like alcohol, media, entertainment, gambling, banking, insurance, genetic research, pharmaceuticals, vaccines etc. Even out of those that are left, so many corporations engage in practices that are not biblical (such as hiring sodomites). <br /><br />Instead, invest in your own business, which you control and run according to Biblical principles.
