Fake Kent Hovind Messages

The facebook page called "Kent Hovind - public figure" claims to be "the OFFICIAL KENT HOVIND page." However, Dr. Hovind has no control over the contents of this page. He constantly sends out messages that he says should be posted to facebook, but they never get posted. Instead things are posted that he never actually said or approved. Here is an example:

Someone seeing this post would obviously assume that this is something that Dr. Kent Hovind is sharing, approves of, and wants everyone to watch. However, that is NOT the case. Dr. Hovind has REPEATEDLY demanded that he be in control of the contents of his facebook page and blog. Here is what Dr. Kent Hovind actually says about people posting things in his name.

ready predict the response, "Dad! You love Ray Comfort and sell his stuff and recommend him all the time! You have stayed at his house and preached with him! You sold his books. What is the issue? I never dreamed that would be a problem!!"

Eric, and some in the family, will NOT see, recognize or admit the real issue in all this. The above will be the 'cover story' for why it was done as was. They REALLY don't see it brother and they REALLY will have (feigned) indignation over my statements on this. I thot I'd wait a few hours to add this so my prediction will get there AFTER he responds (if he does) or at least has the above internal reaction in his heart. Paul made it PUBLIC in II Thes 2:1-3 that he did NOT send that letter about the Day of Christ being past already. There are BILLIONS of copies of his proclamation in print today!

All this sort of goes along with those who feel complete freedom to change God's Words with new 'bible' versions and still call them "God's Words" or "Holy Bible" right on the cover. It's just I Tim. 6:10 again! Neh. 8:8 gives the three clear steps we should take with God's Words- 1. Read the Word as is, 2. Explain the Word, 3. Cause the people to understand. We are NOT authorized to change God's Words but we ARE authorized and encouraged to read them as is and explain them and teach them (#2-3)! No one is authorized to put words in my mouth, alter my words or sign my name under things I did not write of make it appear that it came from me if it didn't. No one is authorized to claim to speak for me or claim to have "The Official Kent Hovind page" etc. without my permission. I hold little hope this message will be understood or acted upon. :((

I'm NOT trying to cause trouble or make people mad! I'm just trying to point out what I see and some others don't. :) I'm the innocent victim here. I'm really a very nice guy! Actually, I'm the nicest guy I have ever met in my HUMBLE totally unbiased opinion! :)) We will see what God thinks about that one day soon! I HOPE He agrees and says, "Well done..."

Guest Post - Dr. Kent Hovind - Movie about End Times

BROTHER HOVIND!!!  Is Dec. 21, 2012 the End of the World?  That's when the Mayan calendar runs out!

   Ahhhhh, NO!  The Mayans should have gotten a bigger rock, that's all. 

   Dec 21 is NOT the end of the world but it IS the first day you can watch an exciting new movie about the end times on youtube for free! :)  Go to www.afterthetribulation.com for details.  To be forewarned is to be forearmed.  PLEASE tell EVERYONE you know (or can get to know by then) that they NEED to watch this film and get ready for what is coming!  Maybe get it on DVD for a belated Christmas present?

   My longtime friend and Pastor, Steve Anderson and THOUSANDS of others (myself included) have come to realize that we "independent, fundamental, temperamental, right wing, radical, chicken eatin', Bible believing Baptists" have been deceived about the rapture for the last 180 years!  For 38 years of my Christian life I was taught and believed in the "pre-trib" rapture idea that was made up by a 15 year Scottish old girl in 1830!  I just trusted the "prophecy experts" to have studied it and to know what they were teaching.  NOT a good idea!  "Study to shew YOURSELVES approved unto God..."  Hmmm?  I failed at that on this topic!  Not any more though!

   II Thes. 2:1-3 says the Day of Christ (the day of the rapture--NOT "Day of the Lord" as in NIV and others!) CANNOT come until two things happen: A great falling away and the man of sin (antichrist) is revealed.  I see now why Satan has pushed so-o-o-o-o-o-o hard to deceive people about the timing of the rapture!  So-o-o-o-o-o many are waiting for the Lord to come and rapture us out before things get bad.  That is NOT gonna happen and Jesus NEVER said it would!  He said, "In the world ye SHALL HAVE TRIBULATION..." Jn. 16:1-4, 33.  (BTW- DON'T confuse tribulation with wrath!)

   Why don't you tell the Christians being killed by the hundreds TODAY in various parts of the world that "we will not be here for the tribulation."  (See persecution.com)  Tell them, "God would never let His church go through suffering."  Ahhhhh, WRONG!  Study the history of the 2,000 year trail of blood Christ's Church has endured.  It will be here in America SOON!  I predict that because of the disillusionment over the false pre-trib doctrine that MILLIONS of believers right here in America will "fall away" from their faith and even turn other believers and their own family in to be imprisoned or killed just as Jesus warned us would happen in Mt. 24; Mk. 13 and Lk 21!  Better read II Peter 3 CAREFULLY!

   If you were a Jew living in Germany in 1933 and could see the future, what would you have done?  If you were living before the Great Depression in 1929 and could know what was about to happen, what would you have done?  If you were living in NJ on the beach before Superstorm Sandy hit and could see the future, what would you do?  Well, we have a Book that tells us what is about to happen AND what we should do about it.  That's what this film is about!  Watch it and get ready.

   This is NOT the time to be scared or panic.  365 times the Bible says, "fear not..."  This IS a GOOD time to get SERIOUS with your Bible reading AND your relationship with God!  This would also be a great time to quit playing with that stupid ball (ANY ball) and win souls!  (I been sayin THAT for YEARS!)  This WILL be a GREAT time to win crowns!  (Rev 2-3)  Jesus told us to REJOICE in persecutions because GREAT is our reward!  (He knows things that we don't :))

   Anyway, I can't see the movie from here (unless I win my case and go home before that!) so please watch it and tell me what you think.  If I can encourage you to stay true to the Lord in the coming persecution it helps me get the Dan. 12:3 prize!  You can have the prize too!  Mark Dec 21 on your calendar now and make a list of folks to blast an email, tweet, phone call, telegram, yell over the fence, etc to on that day to remind them to watch it as well!

Hey friends! Quick update here. God is good! (Duh!). Strange times we face right now! Psalms 2 tells us the heathen will rage with their plans to throw Christ out of His inheritance and create a one world government (See I Tim 6:10) but God is laughing at it all. Imagine the folly of men thinking they can win against God! It is hilarious when you look at it from the eternal perspective! However, we are not quite there yet and the 'Pinky and the Brain' type folks who wish to "take over the world" are VERY serious and VERY active right now! Buckle your seat belt! It's about to get MUCH worse on planet earth! I feel more and more burdened to warn folks who have been deceived by the false hope of a rapture before the tribulation (which I fell for for 38 years!) when the scripture is clear that the "gathering together"- ie. rapture- is AFTER the tribulation. (See Mt. 24; Mk. 13; Lk 21) We have at LEAST 7 more years here! More on that in my research paper to be posted (some day? :( ) on 2peter3.com. Don't be one of those 'fall away" II Thes. 2. (I took the red pill!). I think America is the "plucked eagle" of Dan. 7. Maybe we can help preserve our area enough (like salt) and help when the man's heart is given to it?

Anyway, God always seems to raise up some of His own who will hold true to Him during bad times. (See the book of Judges and any of the men of God in history). I've been praying He would do it here soon. I was so-o-o-o-o-o blessed by the radio program I heard last night from 2-4am on coasttocoastam.com! I think they archive them for a few days. They had a guest on named Stuart Rhodes who has started an organization called oathkeepers.org. Stuart needs to hear about what happened in my case! Somebody please tell him for me. All my motions are posted on 2peter3.com. The gov now is trying to avoid answering my questions and challenges to their clear violations of the law with more tricky legal maneuvers so please pray Acts 12:5 style that God steps in soon and frustrates their plans for me. Evil men and roaches fear the light (Jn. 3:19) so please help shine the light! I have no might nor power in this battle but I serve a mighty God who does! I have said for years that everyone should obey the law-including the government! That would be wonderful! I love the part of the Lord's prayer where it says, "Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven!" (Mt. 6) I'm ready for that!

Since the Florida primary is coming Tues I've been asked who I support for Pres. My answer surprises them. I say "Who is running?" There has been no pres of the real united States (nor even an election!) for a lo-o-o-o-o-o-ng time. The dog and pony show we see on TV every 4 years (and what happens Tues in Florida) is to elect a president of the board of directors for a huge private corporation named UNITED STATES but THAT is a lo-o-o-o-ong story! Anyway, I would love to see someone who at least partly understands and attempts to obey the original constitution as ratified in 1791. The only one CLOSE to fitting that category is Ron Paul. I'd ignore the media and the 'republican leadership' and go for him IF I was voting for that corp pres. He understands that the const. is supreme NOT congress, NOT the court, and NOT the pres! (even though all of them took an oath to defend and support it!-maybe they prayed the Kol Nidri prayer? I covered that in a post last year on kenthovindblog.com?). ALL of them are supposed to obey the constitution but none do that I am aware of. Read my doc #365 on 2peter3.com to see the numerous constitutional violations in my case!

Anyway, as the world descends into chaos (planned by the bad guys for centuries and greatly escalating this year I think) stay close to the Lord! This is a great time to win souls and win crowns! (See Rev. 2-3)

As for fixing the problems soon to face us--II Chron. 7:14 provides the ONLY answer I know of! God is waiting for HIS PEOPLE to get right. The problem with America is not the heathen, it is the Christians!

Edmond Burke was right. "All that is needed for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." Hmmmm?
