People ask me all the time why I think it’s so important not to be fooled by the pre-tribulation rapture. Sometimes they don’t even understand why I focus on this issue at all. First of all, the reason it’s important to stand on the post-trib rapture is because it’s the truth, and the other teaching is a lie.
“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4
Some pre-tribbers will even come at me asking what us “posties” are doing to prepare. They’ll mock us by asking if we are stockpiling food or something. What they apparently don’t understand is that just knowing that the tribulation is coming is beneficial even if you don’t have any food, water, or ammo. Being ready for it mentally is going to be a huge advantage because the Bible talks about people being offended during that time.
If someone were planning to jump me the moment I walked out the door of my house, even if I didn’t have something to use as a weapon, just knowing it was coming would be an advantage. It is always better to be prepared and know what’s coming.
When it comes to the question of doomsday prepping, I’m not really dogmatic about it one way or the other. I don’t think it’s wrong to be ready for hard times with some basic food and supplies, but I think some people can get carried away with it. The Bible makes it clear that we aren’t supposed to fear what people are going to do to us or worry about what we are going to eat in the future, but there are also verses about forseeing the evil and preparing yourself. Maybe you don’t believe in prepping at all, and that’s fine too. There’s a case for both sides, but focusing on whether or not we are physically prepared for the tribulation is missing the point because the important thing is that we are prepared spiritually.
That having been said, wanting people to know the truth is reason enough to preach on the post-trib rapture. God wants us to understand the Book of Revelation, or it wouldn’t be in the Bible, and if you’re a pre-tribber, you don’t understand the Book of Revelation.
In order to properly grasp end-times prophecy, you have to understand that the rapture is not coming before the tribulation, but after. I've talked to a lot of people who have told me that before they realized the rapture was going to be after the tribulation, they didn’t enjoy reading from Revelation. It never made much sense to them because they had been taught the pre-trib position. God wants his children to read and understand his Word, which is why preaching the truth about this subject is vital.
“Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.” Revelation 1:3

New Thessalonians Series DVD Set
“Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;” 2 Thessalonians 2:1-3
You are probably familiar with the above passage, but did you know that every chapter of 1 & 2 Thessalonians mentions the second coming of Christ? We now have a brand new DVD set available called “The Books of the Thessalonians.” This set of two DVDs goes through the eight chapters of 1 and 2 Thessalonians with an emphasis on end-times prophecy. In the sermons included on these DVDs, I go through each chapter verse by verse, leaving no stone unturned.
The Thessalonians series is a great companion to the Revelation series, which was produced back in 2013. If you have already watched that series, this is the one to watch next to take your understanding of Bible prophecy to the next level. This new DVD set demolishes the pre-tribulation rapture using 1 and 2 Thessalonians alone.
Director and producer, Paul Wittenberger, really hit it out of the park with this one. There are multiple camera angles and plenty of Bible verse graphics and other interesting graphics. These extras really enhance the sermons, creating an enjoyable viewing experience that will even hold a child’s attention. Like several previous DVDs I’ve been involved in producing, “The Books of the Thessalonians” includes the plan of salvation after the credits.
This set would make the perfect gift for an unsaved friend or family member who is interested in end-times prophecy. Hardly a day goes by that I don’t hear about someone who got saved after watching one of our videos. If you know someone who is saved, but is “pre-trib,” this series is also for them because it debunks that false teaching. This puts the final nail in the coffin of the pre-trib rapture!
The shelves are stocked here at Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona with this exciting new DVD set. The Books of the Thessalonians can be picked up for free here at our church or, if you live too far away to come visit, you can purchase it from Paul Wittenberger on his website: Framingtheworld.com

Sam Gipp's Zombie Apocalypse
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
- 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17
This is a pretty straightforward passage about the dead in Christ rising first that I assumed all Baptists agreed on, but I came across these sermons where Sam Gipp is teaching that there is a 40 day gap between verse 16 and 17. Yes, that’s right—he is teaching yet another “gap theory.”
Gipp’s zombie apocalypse theory in no way jibes with the secret, pre-tribulation rapture, which is what most mainstream Baptist churches teach. Obviously, people are going to notice if every believer who ever lived rose from the dead and walked the earth for 40 days! Wouldn't that serve as a warning that the end is near and even make it possible to predict the day?
Actually, Gipp, the warning is when we see the Abomination of Desolation sitting in the temple, but that’s a whole other argument that is not within the scope of this article. What I’d like to know is how in the world the “twinkling of an eye” takes 40 days!?
“In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.” - 1 Corinthians 15:52
When Keith Gomez picked Sam Gipp to defend the pre-trib rapture, he picked the wrong guy. Whether you are pre-trib or post-trib, Gipp should lose credibility with everyone with his rapture gap theory. The resurrection/rapture happens in a moment, Sam Gipp, not over the course of 40 days!
What blows my mind is that Sam Gipp can teach this kind of bizarre teaching about the rapture, and no one even bats an eye, whereas if someone says that the rapture is after the tribulation but before God pours out his wrath, everyone loses their minds. As long as you don't go after the pre-trib rapture, you can pretty much get away with teaching ANYTHING about Bible prophecy in today's independent Baptist churches, and no one will even care.

After the Tribulation Remix Contest
Calling all Techies and End Times Prophecy Buffs:
Framing the World Productions is putting on an exciting contest called the After the Tribulation Remix contest. What we want you to do is take the bonus footage from the original After the Tribulation documentary and make your own new documentary. We want you to re-edit it, revamp it, and create your own unique documentary.
Here are the official rules for the contest:
1. Start by purchasing the new edition of After the Tribulation, which includes both the DVD of the film and the companion flash drive with the bonus material. You can purchase one of these sets on Framing the Word for 39.99.
2. Edit your own film using the material from the USB flash drive. The flash drive contains extended interviews, sermons, etc. Your new film will be entitled “After the Tribulation Revisited.”
3. Your entry must be 45 minutes or longer including the credits, etc.
4. We want you to use footage that we did not already use in After the Tribulation. No more than 10 percent of what you use can be footage that has already been used. We want you to take advantage of the bonus material, so that your movie will feel like a totally different movie.
5. You can add whatever material you like from your own sources. You can make your own graphics and include your own news clips and archival footage. You can also use footage from the Book of Revelation series. You can also add your own background music. Don’t use rock music or Christian contemporary music (CCM). Use classy music if you want to win.
6. Don’t upload huge sections of the uncut USB footage to YouTube. Edit the material into your movie, and then upload your entry.
7. When you upload your entry to YouTube, be sure to upload it as: “After the Tribulation Contest Entry-Your Name.”
8. The deadline for contest entry is March 15, 2017. If there is no acceptable entry by March 15th, we’ll extend the deadline to April 15th.
9. The contest will be judged by Paul Wittenburger and me. We will determine which video we like best--It’s totally based on our whim.
10. The winning entry is going to be released on DVD and we’ll print at least 1000 copies of that DVD. Not only will you get the honor of having your DVD distributed, but you’ll get 100 of those copies plus a flight to Phoenix, Arizona to visit Faithful Word Baptist Church. That’s right, we will fly you out to congratulate you in person.
If it’s a domestic flight, meaning you live in the United States, we’ll give you two tickets, so that you and one other person can visit. If you live overseas, we will pay for just the one ticket to fly you out. If someone from Phoenix wins, we can fly you to another city to visit another awesome church.
11. There is also going to be another “viewer’s choice award.” Whichever entry gets the most thumbs ups on YouTube will receive an honorable mention and 100 dollars.
12. Many will enter. Few will win. “For many are called, but few are chosen.”
I know there’s a lot of talent out there, so I look forward to seeing what you come up with. Even if you don’t win, you are putting a version of the documentary out there and helping to spread the truth of God’s Word.
Here’s the video where I discuss the rules of contest in a little more detail.

Peer Pressure to Preach Pre-Trib
“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;” 2 Thessalonians 2:3
I’ve been talking a lot about how Pastor Ram Angad lost support for associating with me, but this isn’t just about one missionary. It’s a clash of two different ideologies. Anyone who starts preaching that the rapture will be after the tribulation gets ostracized because there are people out there who have an agenda to keep the truth hidden on this issue.
“Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.” Psalm 119:104
I want to watch the false doctrine of a pre-tribulation rapture fall in my lifetime. Of course there will always be people that preach every false doctrine, but my goal is that it will fall among the people that matter. We need to take the battering ram of Matthew 24, the battering ram of 2 Thessalonians 2, and the battering ram of Mark 13, and defeat this doctrine.
I find that when I explain the post-tribulation rapture to the people in the pew, they have no problem embracing this doctrine. It’s the people in the pulpit who have a hard time facing it. The reason is that the pre-tribulation rapture is the more popular doctrine.
I’ve talked to pastors who agree with me that the rapture will take place after the tribulation, yet they are nervous about officially switching over to the post-trib position. They don’t want to eat crow because they’ve been preaching pre trib all these years. Not only that, but if word gets out that they are no longer pre trib, they’ll be kicked out of the pastors' club. They will no longer get the preaching engagements, and if they are missionaries, they will lose their support. These preachers need to ask themselves whether pleasing men is more important to them than pleasing God.
“For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.” Galatians 1:10
You also have a choice to make. You can go along to get along, or you can take a stand for what you believe. Sticking to the pre-trib rapture is a classic example of just going with tradition and not making the Bible your final authority.
Here is a sermon on Bible Prophecy Foundations.

The Pre-Trib Mafia
![]() |
| Pastor Dewey Williams: Pre-Trib Rapture Enforcer |
One of the issues that I knew would be a deal breaker is that I do not believe in the pre-trib rapture. I believe the Bible when it says the rapture will take place immediately after the tribulation. I’ve talked to tons of people who have come to the same conclusion--including other IFB pastors and missionaries. Many of them are in the closet about this since they know that making their true position known would result in losing friends or financial support.
Case in point: Pastor Ram Angad down in Guyana recently lost virtually all his support just for associating with me, because I’m not pre-trib. They wanted him to publicly denounce me as a false teacher and say he believes in the pre-trib rapture, which he refused to do. Unfortunately, Pastor Ram did eventually switch back to his pre-trib position, but it was too late. His mission board won't take him back. Here is a pdf of the disgusting exchange between Ram Angad and his mission board director Chip Stowe, which is like an exchange between 2 devils (Chip's words are highlighted with yellow; the rest is missionary Ram Angad).
I personally would not separate with someone over the issue of the rapture just because they happen to be pre-trib. I would even attend a pre-trib church if it was the best church in the area, but many pre-trib Baptists will separate from post tribbers as if the timing of the rapture was a salvation issue or something.
The reason certain people are so vicious about this issue is because they don’t want anyone to discuss it openly. They want to use fear and intimidation to keep people from bringing up this issue because they cannot prove their position with the Bible. The tactics they resort to remind me of the mafia.
When I started my church, I was advised to wait a while before preaching that the rapture will take place after the tribulation. I decided that I would instead go on the offensive. I went ahead and preached on that subject within the first few months of our church’s existence because as an independent Baptist, I only answer to God.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that the pre-trib rapture is not found in scripture, so there are a lot of us out there who are post trib. Unfortunately, most pastors and missionaries are afraid to speak up if they aren’t pre-trib, which causes the post-trib doctrine to seem uncommon among mainstream IFBs. Maybe if more of us spoke up, it wouldn’t be such a taboo subject in independent fundamental Baptist circles.
That having been said, if you go to a church where the pastor is pre-trib, you shouldn’t be rude about it. The Bible teaches that we should treat pastors with respect. Discuss it in a kind and humble way with your Bible in hand or perhaps encourage him to watch After the Tribulation and see what he thinks. If he still wants to be pre-trib after hearing those 91 verses we used in the documentary, then just agree to disagree.
If you are a pastor or missionary who is post trib, you need to come out of the closet and preach a sermon or perhaps an entire series on end times prophecy. This isn’t something to break fellowship over, but we shouldn’t be afraid to talk about it either. Let’s get a dialogue going and show these pre-tribbers that their arguments won’t hold up in an open discussion.

Spanish Version of After the Tribulation Coming Summer 2014
This summer we will be releasing a Spanish version of After the Tribulation to YouTube and DVD. Translation of the movie is now underway, and we are going into the studio in early June to redo all of the audio in Spanish. Pastor Roger Jimenez and I will be doing our own voices, and Brother Chris Segura from Faithful Word Baptist Church will be supplying the voices for Dr. Kent Hovind and Dr. Roland Rasmussen. In addition Paul Wittenberger will be redoing visual elements, such as the Bible verses, charts, graphics, etc. At the end of the film, the Gospel will be clearly presented in Spanish.
This project is a major undertaking, but I believe we will reach a lot of Spanish-speaking people with this film. The English version of the film has already been viewed over 2 million times on YouTube, let alone all the thousands of DVDs that are out there. God willing, the Spanish edition will also be used by God to wake up many Christians who are asleep.
We are trying to raise $9,500 to pay for this project, so if you believe in what we are doing, please consider making a donation to the film. Every little bit counts!
Why do we need to raise money for the project? Well, even though a lot of this project is being done by volunteers, there are certain costs that cannot be avoided in order to do it right and make a professional film.
Audio Studio Expense and Post Audio Editing - $4,000
New Visual Graphics - $3,000
Manufacturing Costs - $2,000
Artwork - $250
Misc - $250
Total = $9,500
This does not factor in the translation, which is being done by volunteers, nor travel expenses for Pastor Anderson, Pastor Jimenez, and Chris Segura to spend 3 days in Los Angeles recording the audio, which they will cover themselves.
Let's make this film happen!

Full Transcription of After the Tribulation Movie!
Introduction - Surprises that should not have been surprises
(Ezekiel 33:6) But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand.
- 911 Footage -
Dr. Roland Rasmussen: On September 11, 2001, the world changed. The "land of the free" has now become the land of the enslaved. The people of our once glorious United States have traded their liberty for security. But has it all happened by design?
Dr. Roland Rasmussen: Many questions linger about the events of that day - that day of infamy. But one thing we know for certain: the surprise attack on pearl harbor set in motion a course of events that would eventually lead us to a one world government.
Dr. Roland Rasmussen: In the aftermath of World War 2, the United Nations was created, and the path toward a one world government accelerated. Each war brings us one step closer to what the Bible calls "the end of the world." Checkpoints are being set up everywhere; the police state is tightening its grip on the people of the United States, and to those who understand biblical prophecy, what comes next will not be a surprise.
Dr. Roland Rasmussen: At some time in the future, the King James Bible states that everyone on the planet will be required to take a mark in order to buy or sell. As our current economic system collapses, and as technology expands, cash is becoming a thing of the past. The reality of a cashless society is not far off. In fact, it's already being implemented. Despite denials by many religious leaders, evil men are working around the clock to bring in a New World Order. We can see the end rapidly approaching, and the stage being set for the emergence of the antichrist. We can hear the voices of those who are subverting our US Constitution and promoting this global government system. And with all this right around the corner, this film is more important than ever. Satan is working behind the scenes to set up a one world government and a one world religion in preparation for the antichrist. He has also deceived modern evangelical Christians into believing that they will be removed from this earth before the Great Tribulation takes place. This doctrine, known as the "pre-tribulation rapture," teaches that Christ may return at any moment, and that there will be no signs of his coming. As a result of this deception, most Christians are completely unprepared for what the Bible has warned us is coming. Although the scriptures clearly state in Matthew 24, and elsewhere, that the rapture will take place AFTER THE TRIBULATION, big name preachers, Bible colleges, and popular films such as Left Behind have taught the masses to expect that the rapture may occur at any moment. And because most Christians have never read the entire Bible for themselves, few are aware that the pre-trib rapture is a fraud not found in scripture. But if the pre-tribulation rapture is not found in scripture, where did it come from?
Scene 1 - Characters
Pastor Anderson: My name is Steven Anderson, and I am the pastor of Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona, and I am on a mission to educate people about the pre-tribulation rapture because it is a position that is based upon ignorance, and I just believe that if people would see the scriptures and see the facts, it would not be hard for them to come to the conclusion that the rapture definitely comes AFTER THE TRIBULATION.

Revelation 1 is now online!
Every Monday, a new chapter will be released until all 22 are online. DVDs will ship in August for those who order the entire 5 Disc, 22 Hour box set. Please share these videos with everyone you know. The time is at hand!
There has never been a time when it was more necessary to read and understand the Book of Revelation than right now. Each day brings us closer to what the Bible calls "the end of the world." Warfare, famines, disease, natural disasters, and persecution of Christians are coming, but do you know what to expect? Are you aware of Satan's plans for a global government and new world order? Many today are in the dark about these events when the answers are all in the Bible.
In this scripture-packed series, Pastor Steven L Anderson takes you verse-by-verse through the Book of Revelation, explaining every line and leaving no stone unturned. Brought to you by film-maker Paul Wittenberger, director and producer of AFTER THE TRIBULATION, these 22 sermons will cut through the disinformation and false doctrine and expose solid biblical truth. By the end of this series, you will have a clear understanding of every chapter in the Book of Revelation.
