The Border patrol in and of itself have unconstitutional polices regarding detainment and the 4th amendment. The Border patrol uses reasonable suspicion as the bases for a detaining stop. The 4th amendment states probable cause will justify the detainment not reasonable suspicion. Detainment is where you are legally bound to show your ID.
